3.When logging in for the first time, new users can click the icon in the top left corner to expand the navigation bar.

4.With the navigation bar displayed, select "Add User" (labeled as 2) under the "Quick Operations" menu (labeled as 1) to create a username for each room.
Description:
"User ID" (3): Can be named as you wish.
"Name" (4): Can be set as the hotel or rental room number.
"QR code card" (5): This is a name used for generating the time- and usage-limited door code. This can be named sequentially based on your needs.
"Validity Period" (6): This is the effective period for the door code. You can set it according to the guest's check-in and check-out dates. For generating the door access QR code, please proceed to step 10.
5.Next, select “Add Device” → “Access Control” → “QR Code Access Controller”.
Description:
Device Name: The model of the equipment our company provides to the client.
Device Location: For ease of management, we recommend filling in the corresponding room number of the hotel or rental property where it is installed.
6.Once added, a configuration code will be generated. Send this code to a mobile phone and use the phone to scan it with the QR code reader on the already installed access control device to complete the configuration.
7.After a successful configuration, you can check the device's status in the “Area Devices” menu under “Device Management”.
Online: Indicates the device is online, the configuration was successful, and it is ready for use.
Offline: Indicates the device is offline and the configuration was not successful. In this state, the newest door codes cannot be sent to the device, which will cause newly generated QR codes to fail to open the door.

Description:
Add the "User ID" (2) from a specific room to the corresponding QR code access control device, identified by its "Device ID" (3), then click "Save".
9.To generate a time- or usage-limited door code for guests, cleaning staff, etc., navigate to the "Organization" menu, select "User Management" (1), then for the established user like "Temporary customer" (2), click on "More" (3) on the far right, and select "Door Code" (4) from the sub-menu.

For a registered customer, you can directly "Download" this QR code and send it via email or an app like WhatsApp to the guest, allowing them to scan it to open the door.
